Prospects aren’t stupid. They don’t know what took you YEARS to learn. A 5-minute interview, an hour-long talk or a 3-second view of your $21 exam ad won’t make them buy. But if they think like you, they’ll be interested in answers only you can give them. They’ll see you as THE expert whose recommendations they’ll want to follow.
Closed Patients Stay
Doctors have boasted to me their “closing rates” at the ROF averaging 85% or more. But how do they define “CLOSED”? ‘Smart Patients’ arrive pre-closed on your expertise, desire answers to the cause of their conditions and want to follow your recommendations.
